Official contest rules
Last updated: 2026-11-04
These rules apply to the prizes of the edition "One Last Ride – The GTA V Farewell Edition" on notabug.games. They are part of our Terms of use.
1. Organiser
The contest is organised by Mad About Pandas GmbH, Oranienstraße 37, 10999 Berlin, Germany (contact@notabug.games). It is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by any game publisher or platform operator.
2. Free to enter
Taking part is free. You never have to buy or pay anything, and nothing you buy improves your chances.
3. Who can take part
You can take part if you are at least 18 years old and have a notabug.games account. One account per person. Employees of the organiser, people who help run this contest, and members of their households cannot win a prize.
4. Dates
Each challenge page shows when entries open and close, when rating ends and when the winners are announced. All times are Berlin time. These dates are binding. Entries after the closing time are not accepted. We extend a period only if a technical failure or another serious reason that is not caused by players makes a fair contest impossible otherwise; we announce the extension on the challenge page before the original time ends, and it applies to everyone in that challenge. We do not shorten a period once it has started.
5. How to enter
Record your attempt, upload it to your own YouTube channel and submit the link on the challenge page before entries close. Your video must follow the rules on the challenge page (game, mode, maximum length, genuine gameplay, no gameplay-altering mods, only footage you made or may use). Each challenge has a limited number of places; you can take part in at most 3 challenges of this edition. Our team reviews every entry before it is published; an entry that breaks the rules is not published, and we tell you why.
6. How the winners are decided
There is no jury: the ratings of the community decide. Signed-in players rate each entry from 1 to 5 for creativity, humor and execution after watching the whole video; the overall score is the average of the three. An entry qualifies with at least 5 ratings once its player has rated videos in other challenges, as shown on the site. Ratings that our team holds or excludes under section 5 of the Terms do not count. When rating ends, the three qualified entries with the highest overall score win 1st, 2nd and 3rd place. We set the final order from the ratings by this method.
If two or more entries have exactly the same overall score and the tie decides who gets 1st, 2nd or 3rd place, we hold an additional rating round for the tied entries only. Players rate them in the same way; the round has its own count and its time is shown on the challenge page. The result of the round sets their final order. If they are tied again, another round follows.
7. Prizes
In each of the six challenges: 1st place a $50 Steam Gift Card, 2nd place a $30 Steam Gift Card, 3rd place a $20 Steam Gift Card, as a digital code. That is 18 prizes, $600 in total. Each entry can win one prize; a player can win in more than one challenge. Prizes cannot be paid out in cash. Steam gift cards are not available in every region. If a code cannot be used in the winner's region, we offer a digital gift card or voucher of the same value (in US dollars, or in the winner's currency at the exchange rate on the day the results are announced), chosen together with the winner.
8. Telling the winners and claiming a prize
We tell winners by e-mail to the address of their account within 7 days after the results are announced. To claim the prize, reply within 14 days of our e-mail and confirm that you are at least 18 years old. Before we send a code, we ask you to show that the YouTube channel of your entry is yours, in the way described in our e-mail. If a winner does not reply in time, is not eligible, or broke the rules, the prize goes to the next qualified entry in the order of the results. We send the code by e-mail within 14 days after your confirmation. We never ask for bank details or passwords.
9. Results
We publish the results with the winners' usernames, their entries and their places on notabug.games, and we may present them on our social media channels (section 4 of the Terms). Any taxes on a prize in the winner's country are the winner's own matter.
10. Cheating
If we find out that a winner broke the rules, for example by manipulating ratings, we can disqualify the entry, also after the results are announced. The prize then goes to the next qualified entry.
11. Cancelling the contest
We cancel or change the contest only for a serious reason that makes a fair contest impossible, such as a technical failure or a legal order. We announce it on the site. If a challenge has already ended, its winners keep their prizes.
12. Law
German law applies; mandatory consumer protection rules of your country stay unaffected (section 11 of the Terms).
